TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The Promoter
  The promoter of the Letterkenny Cruise and Car Show Draw (“the draw”) is Letterkenny Cruise, Ballymaleel,Letterkenny , Co. Donegal, (here in after referred to as “the Host”).
• The Draw
  To Implementation, conduction and verification of this draw will be fully supervised by an Independent Adjudicator.
• The draw will run from 5th April 2023 and will close on the 29th May 2023. These dates shall be referred to as the “Opening Date” and “Closing Date” respectively. All times and dates referred to are the times and dates in Dublin, Ireland.
• If it is necessary to do so, the club reserves the right to change the Opening and Closing Dates. If the club does change the Opening Date and/or the Closing Date of a draw, the new details will be posted on the club’s social media channels.
• The draw will be held on May 29th, 2023. Details will be posted on our website and social media platforms in advance of the draw.
• The draw will be streamed online via the hosts social media page.

3. How to Enter
The draw is open to all adults aged 18 years or over worldwide.
3.0 There are 2 options for purchasing tickets:

You will receive an automated digital ticket (via email with your number. Your digital ticket number will correspond to the digital ticket number. Please check your spam folder prior to contacting the club.
3.1 IN PERSON call to Letterkenny Activity Centre and you will be issued with a digital ticket.
3.2 The Host will not accept responsibility for draw entries that are not successfully completed, are lost or are delayed regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal delays, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
3.3 By purchasing entries and submitting a draw entry, you are entering into a contract with the Host and are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3.4 Once purchased no refunds will be issued except in the event of cancellation of the draw.
3.5 By entering the draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so (and eligible to claim any prize you may win). The club may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the draw. If you fail to provide the Host with any such proof or other information that they require within a reasonable time, you may be disqualified from the draw.
3.5 The Host reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.
3.6 No refunds of the entry fee will be given in any event, including:
a) If, following your entry into the draw, the Host subsequently find out that you are not eligible to enter the draw or claim the Prize;
b ) If, following your entry into the draw, you subsequently find out that you are not eligible to enter the draw or claim the Prize; or
c) If you are disqualified from the draw by the Host for any reason.
3.7 An adult may buy a ticket in Trust as a gift for someone under 18 years.
3.8 A maximum of 7000 (Seven Thousand) tickets are available.
3.9 The minimum number of ticket Holders required for the draw to take place is 700″ Seven Hundred” (“the minimum number of Ticket Holders”). If, within 48 hours of the draw taking place, the number of Ticket Holders is less than the minimum number of Ticket Holders, the Draw shall be cancelled, or postponed as the club sees fit and arrangements made as soon as reasonably possible thereafter to refund not more than 90% to each of the subscribing members if cancellation is the option chosen.
4. The Prizes:
4.0 The Prize is Prize is Rental of a 3 Bedroom house, 3 miles outside Letterkenny, from Thursday 15th June till Monday 19th June 2023, A Lexus Track Car and free entry to Letterkenny Cruise and Car Show on Rally Weekend and 2000 euro Cash.( A 500 euro refundable deposit is required for the 3 bedroom house. The Car will be available for collection at Letterkenny Activity Centre after the draw and must be transported from there
4.2 The Host reserves the right to add additional prizes to the Competition. The addition of any such prizes will be notified to the Members as soon as practicable once added to the Competition and will also be available at www.lkactivitycentre.com and on the club’s social media pages.
4.3 The Host is established and conducted for no purpose connected with gaming, wagering or lotteries.
Choosing a Winner
All Entrants who purchase their tickets online and who correctly answer the Draw Question and whose entry is received prior to the Closing Date will be entered into the draw and the winner’s ticket will be chosen at random (“the Winner”).
The Winners hereby also agree and consent to their personal data being released to relevant third parties to affect the transfer of the money to him/her/them.
If the Winners cannot be contacted or do not claim their prizes within 14 days of the notification of same the Host reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the Winner(s) and select a replacement, Winner(s).
6. Data Protection
5.1 By entering the draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the draw entry may be held and used only by the Host or its agents and suppliers to administer the draw.
5.2 The Winners hereby agree and consent to the use of their personal data and/or image being released in publicity material in conjunction with the Competition.
